Pride Events 2008
TVGPA attended Oxford, Outburst and Reading Pride Events last year as well as taking part in the London Pride March. This year we are hopefully going to be doing more. If you would like to assist at the pride events, email info@tvgpa.org.uk and put "Pride" in the subject box. Over the year we will list all the Pride events and highlight the ones that we will be taking part in.

UK Black Pride is bringing together a Proud BME LGBT Community with the support of the Trade Unions and LGBT Community Organisation.

A celebration of the diversity of the UK's LGBT community. The festival will host a fun filled day of music and entertainment, live performances by the hottest new acts, music by LondonÕs best DJÕs, market place and much more. There will be something for everyone to enjoy! UK Black Pride creates a safe space for the Black Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Community to celebrate their achievements and take pride in who they are.

Pride Festival at King's Meadow. We invite ALL people to come along and Celebrate Diversity! Features will include trade stalls, an information/education area, funfair, drinks tents, a programme of up to 30 performers throughout the day. VIP/members Area, games area and more... See the website for updates. Including a short walk/parade through the Reading Town Centre.
